I am pleased to be able to report that Buddy, one of the latest rescue cases to come into Horseworld, is recovering well. This week he stood up unassisted for the first time since he arrived and has been going out into the field whenever it has been dry. He even had a little trot. Still thin and still covered in abscesses, he has a long way to go. Yesterday we paid him a visit and he let me stroke him even while he was eating his supper. He's such a cheerful soul.
