What a pleasure yesterday afternoon and evening to meet up with Xanthe and her mules and to be taken around all her muley friends too. This little chap, out of a Menorcan mare, is only three weeks old. We saw eighteen mules and horses altogether including a couple of Menorcan stallions - all black and extremely beautiful. If I had an Iberian horse, I might like one of these now! Fortunately we only have a 25kg weight limit on the return flight so it's not going to be possible. I can throughly recommend this end of Mallorca at this time of year - it's warm, green and quiet.
