4th December, 2011 Christmas Cake?

Tomorrow I am off to see Kelly at the Leading and Loading the Less Easy Horse Course and on the way I am going to drop in to see those lovely people at M4 Design who look after the magazine. I'm taking them a chocolate fudge cake as a thank you for all the work they have done over the last year (especially Simon). So this delight, baked and cleverly iced by Mandy Castle from Woodgreen, will be sitting on my passenger seat all the way up the A34 and I shall have to keep my eyes and fingers off it!
