3rd December, 2013 Extraordinary


I've been going out to some new customers lately and I am struck once again by the close connection, the strong emotional connection, that people have with their horses and their desire to resolve any problems they have. None of these people, or their horses, leave me unaffected and I think about them long after their appointment. It's very rare that I forget a client or their horse even when years go by since their last visit.
