With Coco sauntering into the horse-box this morning and Nettles standing right next to a switched on CSG Wasteman lorry this afternoon, it was left to Theoden to make the day perfect when we went out for a ride with the Wessex Classical Riding Group this evening. I have to say that none of us were all that classical, what with me and Charly being dressed in jeans and riding on Western Saddles, and hardly any of the ponies having even seen a brush, but it was a great ride on a different part of the Forest. It's the first time Theoden has been out in any sort of group and apart from keeping an eye on what his wife was doing, he behaved remarkably well.
