A healthy work life balance meant that I went running, went riding and went out last night! Almost thirty years ago I went to see the Ballet Rambert by accident. A University friend of mine was given free tickets to go and see the at the Northern School of Dance which was across the road from our halls of residence. She had been given the tickets because she was friend of a poor man who had fallen from the lighting rigging and been killed. Anyway....off we went and I fell in love with Modern Ballet. Thirteen years ago I took David to see them at the Pavilion in Bournemouth and they did this breathtaking dance to the music of the Rolling Stones. We were delighted to find it on YouTube fairly recently and when we were watching it again a couple of nights ago David looked up what they were doing now. Amazingly they were dancing Rooster for the first time since we last saw them and so we grabbed some tickets....can thoroughly recommend.
