Having set aside a day to move the horses and then changed my mind about doing it, it was great to have a full day to get some jobs done around the place. Pie had a bit of a de-louse and spit and polish before he went back out onto the Forest. We got Henrietta wormed and also collected samples for a worm count for the riding horses, got those down to the vets, and I am pleased to say they have come back negative.
At lunch time we took Jack out for a spin around the tracks. He approves of our new occasional assistant...
Maddie is great with animals and has a really good energy about her. Yesterday she met Flower and Flower can be very particular about the people she takes to.
