The Dawning of the Snaggletooths

As David goes off on safari, I take stock of our house guests.

Another Hyrax Morning for me. These constantly amusing creatures with their beatific smiles and lazy way of life, have convinced me that when I came back to earth I would like it to be as a hyrax. Known as pimbi in Swahili, I could quite see myself lazing on the rocks with half an eye open for a predator. They're the closest I have found to the tribbles in Star Trek.

I could also watch these baby bushbuck all day.

Or just organise some more Swahili lessons.

The surroundings are good...and the views even better.
