7th October, 2012 Forest Operations

With the sun shining, and the mist lifting, it was time to take Jack and Indiana for a walk in the Forest. Since Jack is clicker trained and Indiana is happy to stick with Jack, we let both of them off their lead reins and allowed them to run around. All was going very well until...

Indiana picked up a twig which then RUSTLED. Her mouth clamped shut and she took off with the leaves still hanging out of her mouth and a rather worried expression on her face.

Having relaxed enough to LET GO, it was time to explore again although the Forestry Commission have decimated the inclosure and made a real mess of it. Unfortunately they are unlikely to restore it so we'll just have to stomp on the ruts ourselves until they are all flat again.

Back out in the open, Sally made sure that Indiana was happy to go through water by demonstrating that it wasn't very deep.

Back at home Jack did a bit of jumping and Indiana did a bit of modelling on the catwalk.
