26th May, 2106 Haylo!

Two heads are better than one it seems although this is the nearest that Henrietta will get to a halo. This is the Haylo invented by my clever friend and fellow IHRA, Gillian Bradley, which gently limits hay or haylage consumption day or night, inside or out, for those good doers, or those where you want to trickle feed a horse's fibre intake. It can also be used for soaking.

The HayLo Horse Feeder is recommended by Veterinarians, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Equine Dentists and is described as the next best thing to natural grazing since it enables the horse to feed little and often with a low head position. It is very robust and has a disc which drops down as the hay goes down.
